Product Information, Pricing and Hand-made disclaimer

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, but due to every piece being handmade by a solo-artist, there will always be a slightly variety between pieces in measurements and glaze effects due to the nature of hand-made ceramics. The prices listed do not include shipping, this will be added when you check out.

All pieces are handmade and are built for everyday use with non-toxic materials, ensuring they are all food safe. As they are delicate they require care when using and cleaning. I always recommend to hand-wash all ceramics purchased as it is less harsh in the long term, however they are safe for dishwasher and microwave use if you wish to. Stoneware is capable of very hot and cold temperatures, however care should be taken to not take a piece from one extreme from the other as this can cause the piece to crack, break or craze. 

Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’re agreeing to purchase the items under these terms. I accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through SumUp, a secure payment system. SumUp will confirm your order once payment has gone through.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. I currently ship only within the UK, and have a local pick-up option available from my studio on the Isle of Wight.

Returns & Refunds

Any problems with your purchase, let us know within 30 days to arrange a refund upon return of product. Customized items cannot be returned unless there’s a defect. We’ll process your refund once we receive your return, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

I own the copyright to the content found on my website, from photos to product descriptions. If you would like to share my content please do seek permission beforehand, and always credit or reference where possible.
